Consultation announced in a ministerial statement to Parliament on 21 March 2005

There has been a ministerial statement to Parliament on 21 March 2005, announcing a consultation on the application of the IHT legislation to options available under the new tax regime, and particularly choices made in relation to alternatively secured pension.
