Raymond Abbott - Head of Private Equity
Raymond has over fifteen years experience in private equity including a blend of venture capital, development capital and fund investment. Prior to that he built up a financial grounding in banking and insolvency with Bank of Scotland and KPMG respectively. The Private Equity experience was gained through Friends Ivory & Sime Private Equity and British Linen Bank which led to Raymond founding Albany Venture managers in 2000. This blend of skills provides a strong insight into private equity as a whole and enables a proactive approach to fund and co-investment.
